All of the Wellness at Work
workshop topics are best delivered in a 1 – 2 hour format
but can be customized to meet the client’s needs. The trainings
include self-assessments, interactive discussions, group exercises,
role plays and lectures. The time depends on many things, including
the needs of the client and the size and involvement of the audience.
The audience walks away with a packet that contains all of the workshop
material that they can refer to later. Occasionally, there will
also be suggested homework exercises as follow-up to the training.
The ideal audience size is 15 people, which allows time for individual
questions and situations. However, these topics have been delivered
to audiences of 25 – 65 participants. |
